Gracen Engineering & Construction, Inc. and their key personnel have had the privilege of providing outstanding construction services to nearly all of the educational institutions in the El Paso area.  From ground-up, to additions and renovations, to performing deferred maintenance and facilities upgrades, Gracen has successfully served the educational community.  We have established strong relationships with El Paso ISD, Ysleta ISD, Socorro ISD, El Paso Community College and the University of Texas at El Paso having served each on a wide variety of exceptional projects.

We are an active member of both the Region 19 Job Order Contract (JOC) and the Ysleta ISD JOC program.  Participation in these rapid procurement platforms allows us to quickly respond to the construction needs of our educational provider clients thereby allowing them to more efficiently and effectively attend to their student’s curriculums with minimal disruption.
